Submit a nomination for
the “Live Fierce” award

Do you know someone (including yourself!) who’s made an inspiring lifestyle change recently, or whose commitment to a healthy lifestyle inspires you?

The Live Fierce Award celebrates those who are “Living Fierce” for themselves, their loved ones, and their community, and serving as a catalyst for longer, healthier lives for everyone, everywhere.

Some examples include:

  • Taking steps to control blood pressure
  • Improving nutrition
  • Building mental well-being
  • Eliminating nicotine use

Everyone who submits a nomination will receive a “Live Fierce” T-shirt, and the top 3 nominees (as chosen by a volunteer panel) will receive a YETI mug and commemorative certificate!
