HOW can I participate in Mental Wellness Month?

 

 September is Mental Wellness Month!

 

 You can participate by: 

  • Watching a mental health seminar in the month of September. Email WyomingHealthyLife@cigna.com by October 1, with the name of the seminar and two take-a-ways that you gleaned and we’ll send you a $10 e-gift card. Seminars can be found here.
  • Watching the Stress Less Seminar on September 14 from 11-12p. To register, go here.  Send an email to WyomingHealthyLife@cigna.com by October 1 letting us know you watched the seminar and we’ll send you a $10 e-gift card.
  • Joining the Happify Challenge. Click here for more information.
  • Registering for the Fall Fitness Challenge anytime after September 19. Click here for more information.
  • Getting outside and enjoy nature by enjoying the free Wyoming State Parks Pass Day on September 24, available to all Wyoming residents. Bring your Cigna ID card: You can use it to claim an additional free park pass to be used another day in September. or October (Available only to State of Wyoming Cigna health plan members and their families.)   • Connecting with a specially matched peer coach (based on your needs) through iPrevail to boost your mood and improve mental wellness
  • Exploring ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, work issues, sleep and so much more through the Ginger app
  • Playing science-based activities and games on Happify to calm stress and anxiety
  • Exploring Talkspace’s options for online therapy (with a licensed clinician) via private message or live video.
  • Using your three free in-network behavioral provider visits through Cigna. Go to the Wellness tab on myCigna.com and click on Mental Health Support.
