“Week of Resilience” videos: Tune in through April 30!

We’ve collected all the videos of this year’s virtual health fair presentations for you to watch anytime, anywhere.

Monday, March 29th – Thursday, April 1st, recordings available through April 30, 2021

 Even though the “Week of Resilience” event is over, the recordings are available for you to watch any time up until April 30, 2021. If you attended or watch the recordings of 3 or more presentations, you can be eligible to win a free Yeti mug (we are giving away 36 mugs). You must complete a survey associated with the presentation to be entered into the drawing. If you need a survey link sent to you, email wyominghealthylife@cigna.com and tell us which presentation/s you need survey links for. Deadline to watch recordings and complete the survey to be eligible for the Yeti mug drawing is April 30, 2021. Recordings will no longer be available after April 30. Drawing for the Yeti mugs will be the first week in May. We will email you if you are a winner. Good luck, and enjoy the recordings!

“Week of Resilience” Virtual Health Fair Schedule

Each presentation is 60 minutes long, except the cooking recording, which is approximately 90 minutes. 

Monday, March 29th: Emotional Resilience, Diabetes Prevention, and “Cook Together” Live

Important note: To receive a free spice packet to use during the “Kitchen Resilience” cook-along, please register by March 19 at noon!

  • 9 a.m. – Developing Emotional Resilience  
  • 11 a.m. – Resilience and Diabetes Prevention: Staying Healthy for the Long Run (Omada)
  • 4:30 p.m. – Kitchen Resilience! Cook-Together: One-Dish Skillets with Mary Rogers (Everyday Good Eating)

NOTE: This presentation is 90 minutes long, and the room will open at 4:15 p.m.

Tuesday, March 30th: Retirement and Financial Resilience, Quality Sleep, and Body Weight Workout

  • 9 a.m. – Retirement and Financial Resilience with George Eason, WRS
  • 11 a.m. – Quality Sleep for Reduced Stress and Greater Resiliency with Mile High Fitness
  • 4:30 p.m. – Live! Body Weight Workout with Mile High Fitness

Wednesday, March 31st: mindfulness, Nutrition for Mind & Mood, and “Zentangle” Art

  • 9 a.m. –  Know Your Numbers with Wyoming Health Fairs
  • 11 a.m. –  Nutrition for a Resilient Mind and Mood with Mile High Fitness
  • 4:30 p.m. – Art for Resilience: Zen Out with Zentangle with Mile High Fitness

Thursday, April 1st: Office Ergonomics, Wyoming on wellness free resources, and Yoga

  • 9 a.m. – Office Ergonomics with Melissa Cunningham, Physical Therapy Center of Wyoming
  • 11 a.m. – Wyoming on Wellness – Free Resources to Stay Healthy for Cigna Members
  • 4:30 p.m. – Live! Yoga Sesh with Mile High Fitness
