Path to Peace of Mind Challenge February 1 – 28, 2024

January 31 - February 28

Join us for the first step challenge of 2024 and get moving for better mental well-being! We all experience stress in our everyday lives, let’s step into Peace of Mind together with this 4 week challenge focused on boosting your mental health while staying physically active. Use your daily walk to clear your mind and get those steps in!

And guess what? Earn all 4 badges to be entered to win 1 of 300 annual Wyoming State Parks Passes to be used throughout 2024! 

What do you need to do? 

  • If you’re registered for Walkingspree, you don’t need to do anything but start walking on February 1! Don’t forget to open the Walkingspree throughout the challenge to download your fitness device’s recorded activities.
  • If you’re not registered for Walkingspree, download the Walkingspree app, tap “Sign Up” and select “State of Wyoming” from the drop down. Use “WYOMINGONWELLNESS” for your redemption code. Don’t forget to connect your phone or other fitness tracking devices to the app following the prompts. Then open Walkingspree throughout the challenge to download your fitness device’s recorded activities.
