Bend Health provides virtual mental health services to address mental health needs for kids, teens, and their families.

MyCigna Behavioral Counseling

Log in to myCigna.com. Under the “Wellness” tab, choose “Mental Health Suport,” and when prompted, “What do you need help with?” you can select “Child/Teen Behavioral Counseling.”

Virtual Therapy

To explore additional counseling/coaching/therapy resources, log in to myCigna.com. From the “Find Care & Costs” tab, choose “Doctor by Type,” then enter “Behavioral Health Counselor” and press the search button. To continue, select a type of treatment. You can also select “Go Virtual” if you’d like to talk to a therapist, psychiatrist, or mental health coach from the comfort of your home via phone, video, or text.
