Get 3 free visits to a mental health professional

Your Cigna plan covers 3 free visits to an in-network mental health professional, virtually or in person. 

When scheduling, you MUST use your access code to get the 3 visits at no cost. 

At no additional charge, you can also access online, on-demand seminars, plus explore community resources on a wide range of behavioral support topics and life events. 

Access coaching on demand

Through myCigna, you can boost your mood and improve mental health in two unique ways: iPrevail and Happify! With iPrevail, you’ll get access to a specially matched peer coach (based on your symptoms), along with personalized learning to boost your mood and improve mental health. You can even join support communities focused on stress, anxiety, depression and more.

The second option, Happify, calms stress and anxiety through science-based activities and games. Once you’ve signed up, you can access these resources any time, anywhere.
