How to register on MyCigna.com
- Make sure you have your Social Security Number or Cigna ID number (found on the front of your ID card).
- Visit MyCigna.com and click on the “Register” button.
- Following the prompts, you’ll fill in your information to create a new account.

At a glance, you’ll be able to see the details for medical, mental health, substance use disorder, and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
For each category of coverage, you’ll see what the plan covers vs. what you’ll be responsible for when you go in for a visit, as well as how that changes based on if you’re seeing an in-network or out-of-network provider.
