Available to eligible participants enrolled in the Cigna/CVS Caremark plan through EGI.
Eligible participants who commit to the nutritional changes recommended by their team of clinicians (including providers and registered dietitians) notice measurable changes in their overall health within 12 weeks.
To be eligible for the program, you (or your dependent) must be 18 years of age or older, enrolled in the Cigna/CVS Caremark plan through EGI, and meet clinical guidelines, based on BMI.
Hinge Health
Available to all enrolled health plan members and dependents ages 18+.
