Telehealth with MDLIVE

Through telehealth virtual care, you can access board-certified doctors and pediatricians—via video or over the phone—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and even on weekends and holidays.

Pro tip: If you think you’ll be giving telehealth a try in the future, do yourself a favor! Go through the “how to start a visit” steps below now, and fill in medical information for yourself or your eligible dependents. That way, when you do hop in for a visit later on, all your information is loaded up and ready to go.

How to Start Your MDLIVE Telehealth visit

Log in to mycigna.com, and click on the blue “Connect Now” button. On the next screen, in the Urgent Care column, click the “Connect” button. This will bring you to the MDLive telehealth page to begin your visit.

If you’d prefer a visit with your normal primary care doctor, you’ll need to contact their office directly to see if they offer virtual visits.

Visiting with Your Doctor Virtually

Here in Wyoming, many in-network doctors now offer virtual services at the same cost as an in-person visit.

In fact, last year, Wyoming providers had more than 30,000 virtual visits with those on the State’s Cigna health plan!

To see if virtual visits are available through your normal provider, you can call their office directly, or search for them on myCigna.
