If you are an employee on the State of Wyoming health plan, we've got a treat for you! Take the Cigna Health Assessment anytime through November 30, 2022, and receive a $10 e-gift card. Make sure you have a valid email address associated with your myCigna account. For the best results from your Cigna Health Assessment, get your free blood screening at Wyoming Health Fairs before you take your health assessment. Employees are eligible for two free screenings a year. You don't need to do anything but take the Health Assessment and we will email you a gift card. Please be patient as we deliver gift cards - there maybe be up to a month delay or more in getting your gift cards. As we perfect the distribution process, we hope to deliver gift cards monthly. It's time to destress and tune into ourselves with guidance from Happify. Receive a $10 gift e-card by following the steps. 1. Register for Happify offered through Cigna – use either online or through the app. See instructions below. 2.Take the initial Happify assessment. 3.Choose a track, either one suggested for you by Happify, or one of your own choosing. 4.Identify and write/link your favorite learning from your track or article/learning from Happify Daily. 5.Send me your link from the learning to [email protected] by September 30. 6.You will receive a $10 gift e-card if you are an employee and have Cigna through the State of Wyoming. Gift cards will be distributed mid-October. If you're a Wyoming resident, you get to enjoy a day at any Wyoming State Park for FREE on September 24! But there's more!
