What’s new with Wyoming on Wellness this year?
It’s an exciting time to be part of our Wyoming on Wellness family!
This year, in addition to old favorites like wellness challenges and the WOW Care Navigator, we’ve added new ways for you to earn points, make the most of your benefits, and work on your wellness goals anytime, anywhere.
Here’s what’s new with Wyoming on Wellness in 2024!
You can earn points for listening to episodes of the Wyoming on Wellness podcast
We’re having the best time with the Wyoming on Wellness podcast, and we hope you’ll tune in! Hosted by Wyoming on Wellness’ own Alice Burron, each episode shares new insights, motivation, and knowledge about how you can live your healthiest life.
To claim your points—1,000 per episode—email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name(s) of the episodes you listened to.
You can download our new “click and go” health and wellness guide
Inside, you’ll find instant access to local resources for blood draws, support for housing insecurity, food and nutrition resources, and more. Everything is one easy click (or tap, if you’re on a mobile device) away!
