The Walkingspree app is your new way to earn points (and get rewards) for following the Cigna steps and exploring programs and events that support the healthy lifestyle you want to live!
Among its many features, the Walkingspree app includes 24/7 access to Les Mills Workouts On Demand, as well as Wellbeing On Demand: Educational videos and audio courses on stress management, gratitude, and mindfulness.
How to set up your Walkingspree account
- Download the app, available on Google Play and the App Store
- Tap “Sign Up”
- Select State of Wyoming from the drop down.
- Enter the membership / redemption code: WYOMINGONWELLNESS
- Connect your device, and you’re all set!
to log steps
Be sure to open your Walkingspree app every few days to update your steps! You don’t need a fitness tracker to participate; you can participate directly using your smartphone.
If you’re already using a fitness tracker, you can easily connect it to the Walkingspree app to start earning points for hitting the step totals outlined above. Open your Fitbit or Garmin app first, and then open the Walkingspree app to ensure all steps are synced and also be sure to open your Walkingspree app often to make sure your steps are loading into the Walkingspree app!

After you log in, navigate to Wellness; scroll down to Fitness, then Healthy Rewards; then select Start Saving under Find your Fit with Fitbit.
