April is Financial Wellness Month!

Welcome to Financial Wellness Month, where we embark on a journey towards financial empowerment and physical vitality!

As you lace up your shoes and step towards your fitness goals, seize the opportunity to also nurture your financial resilience through engaging programs and valuable resources, and possibly win a gift card! Join us as we stride towards a brighter, more balanced future, one step at a time.

Here’s what you need to know:

Earn points through Walkingspree by meeting the weekly step averages and participating in the weekly financial wellness programs. Be sure to download the Walkingspree app if you haven’t already.

April 1-7: Step Goal: 6,000 avg. steps/day

  • Activities: Register for free financial wellness webinar with Matt Gill, register for the Financial Wellness Bootcamp (details coming – look for it on this Events page)
  • Earn 1,000 points for each activity and for meeting the average weekly step goal.

April 8 – 14: Step Goal: 7,000 avg. steps/day

  • Activities: Listen to each of the Financial Wellness Bootcamp webinars
  • Earn: 1,000 points for listening to any of the Financial Wellness Bootcamp webinar

April 15 – 21: Step Goal: 8,000 avg. steps/day

April 22-28: Step Goal: 9,000 avg. steps/day

  • Activities: Keep Stepping to earn more points!
