Financial Wellness Month is here! Your chance to focus on your bank account and your budget benefits both your mental and physical health. Here’s how you can participate:
- Participate in the Fitness Challenge through Walkingspree, April 3- April 30. Download the Walkingspree App, tap to sign up, select the State of Wyoming from the drop down, and use the redemption code WYOMINGONWELLNESS. Connect your phone or other fitness devices by following the prompts. Start walking, working out, meet the week step goals, and participating in the weekly activities to earn points for a $50 gift card drawing. The more points you earn, the better chance you have at winning a gift card! If you have already registered for the Walkingspree App, there is no need to do anything else – just participate.
- Watch a free financial wellness webinar. Register by going to the Events calendar. Attend each presentation and earn 1000 points. Two presentations are available: April 5 at 12pm, and April 6 at 11am.
- Meet with a financial advisor for a free 30-minute financial wellness check-up, also found in the Events calendar.
- Take a free Financial Wellness Assessment and earn another 1000 points. Send firstname.lastname@example.org an email stating you took the assessment to earn your points.
